I was never convinced that Micky had much time for the one before Frank either to be fair. Ultimately, he felt comfortable walking into Ange's office and asking for a change in tactics because the defence were getting too exposed.

You get the feeling that RDZ doesn't quite have the same open door policy as the previous two managers though. We do know that RDZ has called Micky the best defender in the PL and put the armband on him.

It could be third time lucky for Micky in his Spurs career.

Didn’t he do an interview when Frank was here saying he still believes in the football that Ange wanted to play and spoke of the respect he had for him? I think he adored Ange.

As mentioned above he’s a defender that likes to attack
 
If you’re a high line manager I think he’s as close to the top as you’re likely to get. He looks like an absolute monster in a high line. He looks average as a box defender.

I don’t think there is any other kind.

Not at the top of the game.

My issues with him are his positioning and how bad he is in the air. That’s 99% of the job as far as I’m concerned.
