My take is that they're nothing but a bunch of cranks.
They may have been top of their classes but their classes clearly weren't in critical thinking or evidence-based reasoning.

Why then with your understanding could extraterrestrials not be visiting our Solar System?
Testimony is not evidence, it's no more than hearsay. Lots of otherwise intelligent people believe some really stupid brick - just walk into a church on any Sunday and you'll find hundreds of them.
They may well have visited us. If they're advanced enough to get around the whole speed of light limit issue then they're advanced enough not to be detected by some tinkled up hick in a pickup truck.

It's not really running water is it though, it's more like slow moving mud. And salt on mars isn't salt as we think of it. It is a big discovery, don't get me wrong, but it's not like there are rivers of salt water on Mars.

So your saying Aliens could visit us if they can break the speed of light barrier in travel obviously getting around Einsteins theory of Relativity physics law..yes that seems quite obvious...
but you say they would be too advanced to be detected if they did not want to be detected. Maybe they might want to be?

Surely if they are advanced enough to get here, and want to be detected they'd just come here and be like 'alright there lads, what's happening, we're from pluto, Earths a bit brick isn't it'.

Of course I didn't watch the video, it's 2 fudging hours long! What I did do was research them on the internet and look at their claims and other peoples' counter-claims. Apart from testimony they have nothing whatsoever to tell us.
This is why testimony is utterly useless in cases like this:

It may be that they live within a short enough distance for sub-light travel to be possible. If that's the case then they're either incredibly good at hiding their existence and destroying all external signals or (far more likely) they are made up in a way that we can't even conceive of something being.
If they are that good at hiding their existence from our scanners, why would they reveal themselves to a handful of nuts? As @Millsy_Yiddo says above, if they have chosen to break that cover, and they're clearly massively advanced by our technological standards (they'd have to be to get here), then why would they be afraid of just revealing themselves?
In order for the tinfoil society to be right, then they must somehow have the ability to detect aliens in a manner that all of our technology cannot.
Callahan was the FAA's insurance adjuster involved in that Japan Airlines "sighting" wasn't he? In which case he's probably still banging on about a meeting where literally every other person present reports it happening differently and a report from a Japanese pilot with a history of thinking he saw UFOs who couldn't even keep his stories straight over the course of a week. This pilot, whilst describing the event, also failed to mention not only Jupiter and Mars (which were both visible in that direction at the time), but also a fudging supernova which was visible in that direction, the brightest seen on the earth for about 400 years. He's also the guy who repeatedly fails to mention to two other aircraft on the area who couldn't see the UFO on either their radar or visually, despite the thing being "bigger than an aircraft carrier".
