Kyle Walker

The quality of the assist for Kane's second shows once again how far he has come.
I am bowled over by how much he has learned and you have to say he really is a fine footballer now.

He has been first choice since he was 21 and was learning to play the game at the top level. FB used to be the easiest posistion to play but over the last several years its become one of the hardest. It a different game to how he was first taught and it takes time, the fact is he is probably one of the best around in the game and he is still only 26.

The average position map on MOTD had them level in terms of advanced positions with Kane and Alli; literally playing as wingers effecting a 3-3-4.

I said in the Kane thread that all 3 goals were top notch. Walker's assist for the 2nd was brilliant but Kane still had a lot to do.

I do wonder if we might get caught out against teams with more pace and players who like to run with the ball. Several times I saw Walker closing the down the GK last weekend which can leave us badly exposed. I'm guessing its a tactic he was asked to do.
