While turning down a move to West Ham shouldn't be used as an indicator over whether the player would also turn down a move to us due to our position in the pecking order being far higher than West Ham's, I believe the player turned down a potential move to us a year ago.
Different guy. This one knows/knew someone working in football or even for Tottenham. Should he ever come out and make a concrete statement about something happening, it most likely will. Of course, that happens once a year at most. He'll continue to spend all his time on twitter making vague comments on players we're linked to, but only if enough people come there to worship him.

We tried to get him last year but he didn't want to move to us. I'm not sure what will have changed since then.
It seems the player wants to go to Juventus but Lazio do not want to sell to Juventus and also Juventus are not offering enough of a transfer fee.
I think this one is a long-shot.
Does this guy play as and out and out CF? Or is he an alterantive to Paper Chiekh Diop?
I originally thought that Diop was a back-up to Barkley however, on the basis that the rumours about Poch seeing Barkley as a long-term replacement for Dembele in CM, Diop isn't an alternative to him.
I struggle to see that we'd sign Sanchez, Barkley, Balde and Diop even if the selling clubs were willing and we agreed terms
