Obviously not saying it's without risk BUT Rodon getting his chance could turn out to be a blessing (and thats not a slur on Toby).
It will allow Dier to move to RCB and aerially we'll improve.
I hope it's Rodon that does get the chance rather than revert back to Sanchez.

Just before Toby pulled up with what looks to be a groin tear, i was thinking how well he way playing. Big loss but we signed Rodon for a reason and alongside Dier i wish him the best of luck. Hard month of games to be thrown into the team for.

I agree. Has been ahead of Sanches in the pecking order recently and it's not like Sanches and Dier have a good relationship to fall back on.
Wouldn't be absolutely stunned if it ended up being Sanches though.

I think Rodon is right footed (probably comfortable using his left)?, i wonder why he was LCB at Swansea, was it because thats where he has always played or because of circumstance. ie all other Swans CB definitely preferred RCB?
