Ingerlund

Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers makes his first start for England. Reece James, Marc Guehi and Jarrod Bowen all return to the starting XI.

England XI: Pickford, Lewis-Skelly, Konsa, Guehi, James, Rogers, Rice, Bellingham, Bowen, Kane, Rashford.

Wow - an England team that is organised and looks like they all know what they're supposed to be doing.

Amazing what happens when they don't have to play for a Conference manager.

Few tweaks when injured players come back and we could be half decent

Did I see that the system seems to take priority over the players or was that just me?

I certainly felt more warmth to the full-back system than with Ange. L-Skelley went into the centre mid spaces because he clearly feels comfortable there. Reece James played the full-back role more orthodoxly. Also, the fullbacks weren't tucking in so the midfielders could vacate the space.

It was only Latvia, but it looked a really decent tactical system that was rock solid at the back but also created chances.

Tuchel looks a massive upgrade on first impressions.

Also thought the system looks very good. Players know what they are supposed to do, it’s defensively solid and yet it allows for more forward passes than Southgate’s system.

Surprised to see the media slagging England off this morning. Especially the bbc saying it was no different than Southgate, slow and laboured etc

Almost like they have no idea about football at all !!!
