Gareth Southgate has made two changes to his England team from Friday's 1-0 defeat by Italy in Milan.

Kyle Walker drops out for Emirates Marketing Project team-mate John Stones, who returns from suspension, while Luke Shaw comes in for Bukayo Saka at left wing-back.

England will again play with a back three with Stones being partnered by Eric Dier and Harry Maguire.

Brentford striker Ivan Toney is on the bench and may make his England debut tonight.

England: Pope, Stones, Dier, Maguire, James, Rice, Bellingham, Shaw, Foden, Kane, Sterling.

Subs: Trippier, Ramsdale, Henderson, Walker, Coady, Guehi, Saka, Mount, Toney, Chillwell, Henderson, Abraham.

Seriously why? We saw what they can do 3 days ago. It's a meaningless game.
 
Sterling is quite soft. Hasn't the physique to hold off larger, stronger opponents. Hasn't got the wheels anymore to outrun most players. Faulty decision making processes.

Maguire is utterly, irredeemably hopeless. For club and country.

Ahh, BS has come on as a sub. The Arsenal malingerer can take it easy now, now that Havertz has superbly put Germany up 2-0.
