lamela is worth double that on his own
keep him, get him fit, build the team around him
Massive lol. We'd be lucky to get the £30m back that we paid for him.

Same as saying we could have been much better with him.

Unless Lamela has a dodgy hip of course. We would get £30m no probs
Bolalsie went that with worse stats in his whole career than Lamella has in one season
Italian teams are now coming into the money too
Just to be pedantic we never paid £30m.Massive lol. We'd be lucky to get the £30m back that we paid for him.
Shhhhh!Just to be pedantic we never paid £30m.

How come?
Shhhhh!
He's one of those hair-gelled foreign types so he has to be both expensive and brick.
Utterly pathetic and wholy inaccurate.
How come?
How so? He's had one season in his career that most would class as prolific for an attacking midfielder. That's without mentioning his injury track record. Would you say his overall career at Spurs has been a success? Would you say his value has gone up since he joined us?

Because for the majority of last season he was our most important creative player, and he started this season showing signs of pushing on even further?
I would say he's been a success so far, I'd say his success has been slightly tempered by bad luck and an initial adjustment to the EPL.
In today's market I also believe his value will have increased, yes.. But I don't think we should sell him as I think there's even more potential to unlock within him.
