I aint no Sheikh-but lets talk weather

Almost no breeze today is the thing for me. A bit stagnant out there at the moment.

Cycled from Hackney to Notting Hill and back yesterday to see my Jewish dentist. Super dentist. Took me through some of the best parts of London bathed in sun. On the way back decided to go along the river. Through hyde park, past Buckham palace, past the back entrance to No 10, along the river looking across to the London eye, into the villagey back streets of Islington and DeBouvoir. You don't need to go away to foreign countries in the summer anymore. Save it for the colder months.

Was thinking of doing something similar heading out to the Olympic park.
