He only returned from loan last month, no idea what they intend to do with him now.Why on earth is he still here then?

For when Hugo is out for 6-8 weeks and the bench needs warming. Why on earth is he still here then?
I don't know we can do an emergency loan can we?
We have enough senior keepers to cover the team and bench, so don't think it applies?
Being a backup GK has to be the worst job in football - as soon as the first choice gets injured and you think you might finally get your chance to play, the team will want to loan someone else in!
Unreal. We're just starting to look more solid again and this happens. I think the phrase rhymes with 'clucking bell'!
This is what some of you guys were baying for and fate has answered your wishes. I'm not saying anyone is wrong or right. Just a simple commentary. Hope Lloris recovers well, but let's hope Fraser can be up to the task.
Agreed, it's a blow for sure but on the other hand, the manager has the decision made for him. I really do feel for Lloris as he's been at the club for so long, so just as Forster might be relishing the chance to play CL, Lloris must be slightly distraught by not being able to participate in these latter stages, especially if we go out... although that could be a different kind of selection headache if we do advance and Lloris is fit again (depending on Forster's performances, of course).I have been at times thinking that it may have been time to give Forster a go. But of course we know very little about how good he actually is as a goalkeeper these days.
Hoping he gets on well. Having this change forced on us is not a good thing.
