And for those of us concerned about roads rather than the economic case for the third runway (which is a fait accompli afaict) here is a useful piece of research related to the surface modelling (roads and rail) which is a few years old from tfl.
And this is pretty grim reading and doesn’t even cover the closure/blocking of the motorway for several years.
