Levy really holds all the high cards in this deal. Sure it's tempting to hang on and draw out City for a super high fee.
City are more desperate than ever to strengthen in order to have any chance at their coveted Champions League title now that Messi has made PSG the runaway favourites.
Kane wants not only to win a league title but maintain his scoring pace in order to overtake Alan Shearer's all-time PL record. That sort of individual ambition wasn't a factor when Bale, Modric or Berbatov acted up to prompt their transfers. Harry needs to keep his goals numbers moving upward and will definitely do that even if he doesn't move.
We keep him this season, every reason to believe that Kane will carry on as normal from previous seasons. He's surrounded by familiar faces and an interesting addition in Gil. He'll still fetch around £100 million in next summer's transfer window but we get the benefit of him playing and boosting our chances for a top four finish.
Levy should set a firm deadline for any offers for Kane - within the next 7 days - or there's no chance he moves. That gives Paratici and Nuno time to finalize additions and get the team sorted out.

I guess it really depends on what we could get for that £127m. If it means we could be stronger then do it. But a guaranteed 20-30 prem goals a season is hard to replace.
