Loved his part in Dele’s goal, from his first time control, to his vision and then that pass. And all minutes after he’d come off of the bench. Kane is definitely an all round striker and, as we’ve known for a long time, one of the best about.

I was more impressed with his running. A couple times he pounced on the ball and surged forward with such pace I had to double take if it was him.

I was more impressed with his time wasting where he tripped over his feet then mounted the ball when he landed so no one could take it. His game management has been world class this season

The good thing is we managed to rest him without missing him and then we he came on we gained a different focal point. He definitely seems to be operating from deeper this season and I think we will see a reduction in his goals from the edge of the box, but on the flip side there is more variety in our play as he’s very good at using his body to shield the ball, draw the fool but also alert enough to put a ball into the space he has created for the quicker players in the side.
