Ndombele is halfway through his contract so if he was £55m he'd be £27.5m. Lo celso we signed for £28m in the end and he's 2 out of 5 so £11.2m? Bit drunk and doing in my head so might be off.
Edit other way round for lo celso. 11.2 off of 28 so £16.8m

Better to sell for something and cut the wages going to a player we aren't using than to keep him due to overpricing him and then not getting a transfer fee at all AND paying his wages in the meantime. This is something we've failed at doing too many times in the past.
If it isn't working and we don't think we can get it working, then accept the loss and keep it moving.

I always dislike the sign this bloke whatever he cost attitude, it's not their money, but with LoCelso and Tubby I'm sell them for whatever you can get, they have both proved they dont want to perform for us no matter what talent they have and can only play in one way. We are not a good enough team to play round their wishes.

They only just made it into the conference league for next season though. So maybe more cautious with their money plus Lo Celso might want to play in a better competition?

Ah okay. If true, I guess we just want to move on and realise the cash to use elsewhere. Cut our losses and reinvest. He's a decent player but doesn't score or assist as much as he should.
