Formula One on Sky

I can understand what he means. Every fudging little incident is scrutinised by stewards, and a lot of the races are decided by steward after the race is finished! In addition one can certainly question the consistency of decisions, or rather lack of!
If drivers are unhappy with each other, then so be it! Let them fight it out in the paddock after the race. Less bureaucracy, more entertainment!

he should think back a couple of years, his first world title was gifted to him because the FIA were fed up with Hamilton (rightly) making them look bad over his support for BLM

its a technical sport, it should be ruled by technicalities

he's a prick, can't wait to see him disappear down the field when he moves to a car that isn't 5 seconds a lap faster than the rest

Isn't that what happens to all of them? Hamilton, Vettel, Alonso etc..

Thought the starting grid looked interesting today so thought I'd pop in after our game and watch the race - started at lap 9 I think - now it's 17, and absolutely fudge all has happened. 51 laps to go. Oh there Bearman goes past Hamilton. Russell is leading - so why is Hamilton so brick? The commentators are asking "why is his car so brick?" - isn't it the same as Russell's? Or have they made it crap because he's going to Ferrari? 😅

I know nothing about the specific situation here, but the two team cars are rarely the same at teams higher up the grid, and yes, drivers who are known to be moving rarely get the upgraded parts.

I did not know that! Thanks. 😊 Why aren't they though? Shouldn't the team cooperate to make the best car for both racers?

They wont' always have equal parts, so the better bet for wins/points gets the better equipment, likewise, if a new development is being tested, they might not want the idea going to another team with a driver who is moving.

Sometimes it's just driver preference on roosterpit setup, its an old example but Jacques Villeneuve used a different clutch system to most other drivers, so his car had a completely changed pedal and paddle setup.

Ah, ok. Thanks for the insight. 😊

Norris has made mistake after mistake today. Seems to have problems keeping a cool head when it matters. Never imagined Verstappen would win this race from 17th, but he kept cool and didn't make mistakes. Norris made several. Only had himself to blame.

Yeah, completely bottled the title today, has killed all the momentum he had.
