Which of the 45 clubs that have played in the Premier League has the worst points per game average?

Derby has one shocking season that immediately came to mind, but they have a few solid ones too. So, it can't be them. Burnley would have been another possibility, but they beat us in the last game of our UCL qualifying season and that should pad their points total.

Watford? Not too sure about their exact points, but didn't they finish last in both their premier league seasons?
