If you’re in the cup scheme I think you just need to pull the screen down to refresh the ticket as it is added automatically.

Im not in the scheme but bought my own seat in the window. I’ve received the second email to say I should have received the first email with ticket, but no first email.

Carabao Cup
Season Ticket Holders who have booked their own seat will be able to use their Digital Season Pass which will be activated with the ticket for this fixture.
Season Ticket Holders who have booked a different seat will have a digital match ticket emailed to them - their Digital Season Pass will therefore not be activated.

Regardless of cup scheme or not, seems it should be automatically be added to the pass.

I'm on iphone - now have it working. Tapped the 3 dots, untoggled and re-toggled "Automatic Updates" and it's there now.

Thanks. I’d misread the bit in the email re: purchases from 4th Jan as before 4th Jan. All sorted via the 3 dots and drag down.
 
I'm in the Cup Scheme but Morcambe game wasn't so I took the opportunity to move. I've got a separate ticket in my G Pay Wallet for this with the game details and date below it.
 
Looks like all the lower tier are gone tomorrow but so so many upper one's left
Will be utterly mocked by opposition fans for that

It's a combination of many things, 3 home games in a week just after Christmas a big drain on manys finances, nightmare of travelling on public transport after 8pm, the need to score at least 3 to win tie, live on Sky and mixing with thousands taking no notice of Covid recommendations at ground and in transit.

Go to Manage tickets via e ticketing, you can select it for exchange, it goes on sale and you get a mail if it’s sold. If you have a friend who wants it you can transfer to them via the same process, if they’ve registered with the club and make any payment to you direct.
