Blimey, that was no bother today - straight in there & booked! Pity it was not always as straightforward
1/2 through the queue line after 50 mins, been on hold on the phone for 20 mins
Did the same as the CC Chelsea final - after crashing out three times and two hours of frustration, phoned Ticketmaster customer support and got straight through, 2 seats block 135.

Whatever happens after the game is irrelevant, surely, to what has gone on during the game.
Not sure if I get what you're saying.
The moment Ledley and Keane lifted the league cup trophy, I couldn't really here any of the cheering and celebrating because they were blasting really loud music on the PA system. And it wasn't even a Spurs song...it was that Hi Ho Silver Lining tune...that happens to be a chant for other clubs (e.g. Wolves). Obviously I still had a great time, but that moment was ruined.
Ok - I called ticket master customer services - was through in three minutes. Told the lady that I had brought tickets but it crashed at last minute. It was a lie ofcourse. She said she could process it now if I wanted to I said fine - in six minutes in total.
Block 132 row 16. woooooooooohooooooooooo - chelscum gonan fudgein get it
That is true for the post-match 'entertainment', but loud pop music is also played relentlessly in the pre-match build up. That has a big impact on the mood / atmosphere IMO. I think it encourages fans to approach the game as a 'big day out' and entertainment event rather than as a football match where their vocal support is needed.
Happens in other matches at Wembley too...I went to to Conference play-off final a few years ago and it was just as bad.
Didn't work for me.
Pre match noise from PA systems and jumbotrons is a feature of most stadiums these days. But it doesn't affect the atmosphere once the game has started. Wembley is no different in this respect.
What is different is that Wembley is simply enormous and noise dissipates in the cavernous interior.
