FA Cup SF Ticket Details

Match kick off times are determined by firstly TV, then the police, then the FA/Premier League. The clubs will not be consulted and the fans even less so.

The semi final being at 6pm is strange and can only be down to TV imo. The strange thing is that the Utd vs Villa game is the only Premier/sky game on that day, so why couldn't the game have been an early kick off like the Liverpool vs Everton game the day before?

Its Man Utd, they are more important than anyother living organism in the living world...

They couldnt have a day where they werent headline news so have gatecrashed the SF sunday date

They could have moved their game to 13H30 - normal Sunday kick-off time

I dont care if its at 6pm, I live right near wembley.

The problem is that Sky have chosen this date for a 'crucial' premier league match, forcing ITV to chase ratings and move the kick off to 6pm. If anything, ITV is trying to help the FA Cup (in a backhanded way), which is routinely abused by the FA, Sky and the Premier League because knockout competitions have less market value. ITV knows it has to squeeze ratings as much as possible.

Dont ask the Champions League to move a game, that would be too difficult. Ask the friendly FA, who when asked to jump say "how high".

and not every spurs fan lives in Tottenham either, the TV companies dont seem to realise that or care

Funnily enough, most Man Utd fans live in Singapore... so 13.30 would make more sense, as it would be summit like 8.30pm over there (rather than 11pm which is when the current k.o time would be beamed back live to the Man Utd Supporters Club Singapore Branch!)

For some reason there are two premier league games on at the same time on FA cup final day.

Arsenal v Norwich Sat 5 May 12:45
Liverpool v Chelsea Sat 5 May 12:45

Liverpool-Chelsea has been selected for tv, but there's a good chance of a postponement.

Seeing as they haven't told us bronze membership about the loyalty point cut-off by this time, they'll tell us tomorrow most likely.

Where are the all ITK's when you need them? Somebody's bound to have a contact in the TO.

I probably won't get a ticket, but I just want to be put out of my misery.
