I know what your saying, the outcome is unlucky and if the player wasn’t caught then it’s prob not even given as a foul but he was caught. I just think that’s a horrible one to make a decision on.

No, it wouldn't and they wouldn't get there even if it was expanded to 32 teams. The more neutral the coverage, the more enjoyable the tournament is to watch.
We're barely good enough to qualify for the World Cup qualifiers.
