I am English, however support Spurs far more than I support England. Just hope England don't go too far in the tournament as I can see it impacting Spurs at the start of next season given that our 5 in the England squad will only join up with Spurs just before the season starts. I know some people will have a problem with that view...
 
Talk about being absolutely crushed in the air! Rose was about 1m too short to have any chance in that duel.
 
plenty of positives, but we knew balls into the box would be a problem with the cb's, tired a fair bit as well

I really, really, really, REALLY wish I could harness this ability to know in the split second before it happens to know whats going to happen.
 
England were too negative at 1-0 up imo and sat too deep in the last few minutes. Once you start inviting hoofs into a packed box, you ask for trouble. Other than that, it was a decent performance.
 
Same old story, don't take the 50 chances you create and concede on their 2nd attempt at goal.

Sterling was little boy lost again, running down blind alleys and the one time he gets clear airshots his cross. We offered nothing down our left and Rose was forced back by not having any clear space to run in to. And of course Roy had no plan on substitutions, why no Vardy after 75 minutes?
 
Yeah I think Woy is gonna get it in the neck because of his subs or lack of at the right time.

What the fudge were you doing bringing on Milner?

We lost all attacking potential down the left because Milner. And we lost all defensive ability down the left because Milner is slower than Stephen Hawking after 30 G&Ts.

That game was won until Milner, I hope football has learned a lesson from this.
 
Kane looked very leggy right from the start. The Russians were always going to score weren't they? No miss controlled dribbles?passes and scuffed goals from England I'm afraid. Unlike Wales. Should have won that 3-1.
