Why the suddenly disassociation from the club? After Kane leaving and Son appointed captain, and with no known clubs coming for him, the timing just could not be worse?

Tantrum? No more Kanes buddy? Feels like he's not a fan of the club at the moment.

Apparently so, but they also made Harry Maguire the most expensive defender in the world so I’m not sure holding United up as an example of club who knows what they are doing over the last 5 years is a good idea. They’ve arguably been even more wasteful when it comes to big fee players than we have in the last few years.
 
Seems a bit of a non story, I doubt we're renewing his contract but equally we're probably happy for him to stay for a season but would listen to bids if anyone wants him. Not sure where he'd go actually - maybe abroad might suit him.

Arguably? Its not even close imo. Sancho, Antony, Pogba, VDB, Maguire, AWB, Fred, Lukaku!
