That's probably about right. Folks like me do put stock in communication (probably a little more than is necessary) AND I agree, they appear to have gone about it in this ham-fisted "chatGPT" fashion. The art of communication is timing as much as anything; saying the right things at the right time. We appear to not do either very well LOL...
