Luck = football, injuries, suspensions etc and all those things are part of the game there are so many variables in the game which means money is not the only factor, also when you compare City and Arsenal, their injury records stack up against each other and TBH, Arsenal are motoring towards the title with Nketiah as their striker....
People have been saying for years that financially doped clubs would rule the game from top to bottom and yeh, City have won the league title regularly but as I say those breaking the monopoly or pushing recently have not been those clubs. United, Chelsea have underachieved versus their spend for more than one year and even with the CL being a factor for some, with the spend and depth it really should not be an issue.
Consistency in decisions and culture is more important than money long term, Arsenal stuck to theirs despite ridicule (including from us as fans) and Liverpool stuck to theirs to success and its only since they have gone bigger to replicate that have their stumbled IMO.
