Manchester City charges: Premier League confirms club guilty of all charges related to financial rule breaches

The Premier League confirms that Emirates Marketing Project have been found guilty of all charges related to breaches of Premier League financial rules between 2009-10 and 2017-18.

I. The owners and associated structure needs removing and banning. Criminal prosecution has to be on the cards.
II. Emirates Marketing Project need striping of everything they won during the period
III. The club either needs massive demotion (to the bottom of the pyramid), or dissolving and a phoenix club allowed to be set up - the level at which they enter will be up to them to negotiate with the leagues.
IV. These owners PASSED the fit and proper owners test - so the PL will be facing huge scrutiny

That's the only bit I don't completely agree with - because that destroys Emirates Marketing Project fans.
Dissolve the going concern, expunge them from the period in question, allow the fans to start a new Emirates Marketing Project and wish them all the best.

That said - I didn't hear too many protests from fans.
Credit to the likes of AFC Wimbledon and FC United for taking a stand when things became unacceptable.

they stood for this, they welcomed it, they are complicit too

we've seen plenty of fans protest the ownership at other clubs, they sold out, fudge their fans too
