In fairness Pete, Rob's literally just brought the 'r' word out again for a bit of trolling LOL! So he's definitely up for stoking that fire, for whatever reason he might have...
 
I'll add a final thought. I think we have to also consider that Spence might not want to be just a back-up? He might want regular first-team football. It might be that we end up with a situation where the player wants to go and the money is right. I'd take that if it were the case. Equally, if he was prepared to rotate/fight for his place, we'd have some amazing depth in what I really feel could be a serious top 4/title push. As some have said already, it's a win-win either way.

Out of these options I would go with A.

But I’d prefer Bergvall to go on loan to a premier league club. He struggles with positioning/awareness and decision making, knowing when to carry vs pass. Those things can be learnt. But you need experience, and that means regular games which he won’t get here. I think he had a very high ceiling.

It breaks my heart but I’m also willing to sell Sarr. I just kind of wish we never got Gallagher in Jan. But he’s not going anywhere and will be a useful squad play

It seems to me the "bad attitude" label is almost exclusively reserved for Black players? If a white player gets frustrated or clashes with a manager, they usually get a pass for being "passionate leaders" or having an "elite winning mentality." But the second a Black player shows the exact same frustration, they get slaughtered by pundits and fans for being disruptive or lazy. Am I missing something here, or is this double standard as blatant to everyone else as it is to me?

There are 100% biases at play, just as there are with Asian players who are apparently signed to sell shirts.
 
Funny how no one is bitching about Bellingham's attitude right now during the WC as he is head and shoulders one England's two best players.

Now if he, Saka and Rashford were to miss penalties in a shootout against Norway tomorrow on the otherhand 🤔

The "wrong type of fan" comment by that CFT was 100% race driven.

I am not sure with Djed and I don't wanna get involved in it to that level. But beyond the lack of handshake and his demeanour in interviews, people seem motivated to stick it to him by attributing comments he never made and cropping interviews from people to make it seem worse. Why that is, only they will know.

Not rating a player is fine, I would rather they just say that too
