Dan Kilpatrick said an hour or so ago that it’s been delayed by some paperwork that still needs to be finalised and will be done later today/tomorrow.But when I said this was reported as the case yesterday Gutterboy said this wouldn’t be the reason, because as always on this forum people on here know best. So you decide…..
