I can't see there's any way Boro would allow him to do media work for us, before the transfer was complete. It would be hugely embarrassing for them if everything then fell apart and he had to go back to them. It might not even be legal for tax/insurance purposes.

Well it’s the famous Ally Gold saying that. But I’m sure you know best and it’s just not being allowed to be confirmed until Conte is here because we want pics galore of Conte and Spence beaming in front of the camera….

Perhaps it's just because there isn't a fax machine within 500 miles of Korea, so Levy needs to get back to a country with 1980s compatibility to put the final signature into the FA?

Ally Gold is just a youtuber with a clearly not-very-demanding day job. He was a poster on here (or maybe FC) for years IIRC.

He used to post articles on sc once a week. Which were very funny. Better than what he does now.

Haha don’t get me wrong I’m no fan of Gold when it comes to the sensitive info of transfer targets. But he does have some sources when it comes to Spurs such as team lineups and with this deal pretty much done and everyone knowing it I think his sources would give him some info on what’s going on….
 
Is it done yet? Why is it not done? WTF is going on? I had shifted multiple things in my diary so I could fully take in the wonderment of this hugely anticipated announcement.

I've put off so many things this weekend, damnit. I was expecting total fulfillment by Sunday evening at the latest so I could re-focus and go again next week and dedicate my life (well attention) to the next poor lily-white contestant rolling off the rumour mill.
