His continuing reluctance to use his right leg makes me wonder if he has some small groin issue or pull or tear which gives him pain to do so. He makes a simple cross look almost impossible.
I can imagine him coming back after surgery and everyone saying "oh that's better, he moves so much freer, he now goes both ways" etc, just like when Son and Richy and Skipp and others had surgery.

I think his place is quickly under threat
That work ethic is critical when our midfield is 2nd/3rd string, with a full midfield (Sarr, Bissouma, Bentancur & Maddison back and fit) and with Son, Werner, Solomon, Johnson as attacking options, he could see a lot more rotation than in the past.
