You just get worse and worse, you really should read back on the **** that you write then go take along hard look in the mirror and admit the reason for your jealousy is your own lack of success in life. Most of these people have worked damn hard all of their lives so hopefully they get the benefit later in life and their children get some benefit when they're gone. You just want to take all of that away and give it to the lazy, workshy and feckless. Sure they're are some in life that have had money handed down to them, so what, good luck to them, i wish i'd had a silver spoon, life would have been easier but i didn't, but i worked damn hard to hopefully ensure my kids will be okay. Theres the key word "worked", work and study, there's absolutely no reason why anyone in this country who educates themselves and pushes themselves, works hard can't be successful. Anyone who says they can't has either failed, a liar or a Labour voter.
Here's a thought for you, most people who are in a successful profession and have a nice comfortable life have probably worked damn hard to get there. They worked hard through school/uni, probably got called swats, nerds and geeks by the cool and hard kids. Well guess what pal those geeks turned into people that made something of themselves, the very same people you hate and want to punish for all their hard work.
Genuine question - why should those that have worked hard to get somewhere have to prop up those that couldn't or can't be arsed.
btw none of the above is aimed at the genuinely disabled, or those that have genuinely been unlucky in life and need our help. I have the opposite view that we treat them disgracefully, like we do the old. I wouldn't have a problem paying a lot more taxes if i knew if was going to the genuinely needy. But when its someone who just wants to have a chilled easy life, doesn't want to work, or pretends they have a disability...... If they want more from taxes then **** them they're *****, no person SHOULD get benefits only those that are needy. There was a poster on here who posted a couple of months ago, it might have been dza i can't remember, but he said he can't be arsed pushing himself, he's happy at his level, getting topped up by benefits....... fine thats his choice if he's happy, but then don't keep coming asking for more and more because others have worked hard and have more.
Show me someone who worked hard and did well in school and at uni and doesn't/or couldn't have a decent career if they wanted...... i bet you can't.
I've said it before but the fact that people with your mindset are teaching our children is just wrong, very wrong.
