Daniel Levy - Chairman

Going by Anges comments regarding their discussion he spoke to him as much about opportunities in the team out wide as he did through the middle
Maybe
But my comment about him not being proven stands IMO
It’s not that I don’t rate him just that when we have people crowing for proven … there won’t many names out there

I think it’s more about changing the way the club operates. Which basically comes down to change what you charge fans and change what you spend on players.
An obvious conflict there I would think - but then not everyone thinks.
So the same people that say don’t spend money at the ground but want the money spent on players
And I do agree that the prices we pay are mad but that’s supply and demand

You care enough to have opinions on those that actually want change. If you're happy with Levy/ENIC then you're part of the problem.
I've no opinion on them, I don't know them, just disagree with them on this one point. If you're unhappy with Levy/ENIC then you're part of the problem, great debate here ;)

I think we've been doing well with recruitment lately but through a combination of injuries and poor management we've been playing well below the sum of our parts
Who are our leaders that can steer a game out way? Our recruitment lacks addressing aspects in the player profile bar mostly being young with ability and potential.

I’d argue the forwards are not up to standard personally. And we have some ok-good options in midfield but not any standout player in that position.

Weirdly I think our defensive is by far and away our strongest area, if by some luck because Gray is one of the best CBs in the league on form IMO, Danso looks a talent as does Spence, we all know the importance of MVDV and Romero when fit.

I agree with you, lets see what Tel is like, but him, Solanke and Deki are going to have to undertake some heavy lifting, Moore is still developing

I think Change for Spurs is more focused on ticket pricing, the concession pricing issue and transfers rather than being explicitly Levy Out. But they are aligning with other groups and Spurs social media “celebs” (lol) who are on the Levy Out train so their message and aim (whether one agrees with it or not) is, imo, being drowned by the Levy Out stuff.
You're spot on.

I think the last time we did was Rafa VDV

And that was years ago (and when we were much poorer)
VDV was offered to use on the last day of a disaster window. He wasn't even a player we sought out to purchase. Real Madrid actually knew what was better for us than we did. 😅

Solanke is a solid CF who fits the managers style and has settled in well from the off - I'd say that was a well scouted signing, definitely a positive when we are thinking about making further first XI signings. A CM/DM, LB & RWF in the summer, comparable to Solanke would go a long way to pushing this team forward. Odobert & Tel not able to judge yet while Johnson is somewhat disappointing. Our midfield signings have met the brief well - young players with potential, to add some depth initially - we haven't gone in for a starting CM yet under the current setup, the issues in midfield are (imv) tactical and our existing options in the first XI could probably do with upgrading.

Connor Gallagher was the player we needed and Levy did a Levy.

Some valid points. However, I don’t feel we have standout players in any position, except possibly VDV and Kulusevski at a push.
