The players around Ceballos at Madrid are going to boost his stats, he won’t have such luxury at Arsenal.
So
So tackles, interceptions and pressure, Ceballos is far ahead. He does look like an interesting prospect based on graphs, but I’ve never seen him kick a ball!
If we can go in to this season with Winks, Ndombele, Sissoko, Dier and Skipp as CM options with Lo Celso and Dele in the mix there as well (Eriksen also in a dream scenario), then I wouldn’t be losing sleep about the CM position.
What that shows is great stats big also a player as an alternative to Le Celso or Ndombele
And it looks like we will have both of them soon hence why we have stepped back
I can't see us ever signing a player on loan without an option to buy. We know that Poch takes his time to incorporate players and that it can take them six months to settle into our system. It would be a lot of wasted effort with potentially little reward.
100%It's a marker of our changing fortunes when we get #1 target and (hopefully soon) #2 target on permanents, and they end up with our back-up choice on loan.

And in this case your developing a player for a competitor
Yeah I meant usNot really RM tend to play in the CL not the EL.
If he’s good he improves Goons temporarily and then breaks their hearts by rejoining Madrid and we all laugh at them.
If he’s brick he may have to play a minimum number of games and we all laugh at them.
Whatever happens short term fixes rarely work
It reminds me of when we signed Mido
Mido was a good signing. 18 months year leading the line with Keane, and 1 year as a decent back-up option to Berbatov.

He’s now on RAWK posting as salahmanloverBut the biggest win was when midomanlover joined this forum
Not disagreeing but it was a case of desperation as we couldn’t buy anyone
We still had Kanoute at the time, so it was initially a fairly low risk back-up (4th striker, as we had Keane and Defoe too). It was to Mido's credit that he displaced Kanoute as our main #9.
Changing nationalities a couple of months after we signed him which meant we’d lose him for a month at the busiest time of the season. Loved him as a player, but the club were correct to be tinkled off at that.Well Kanoute fell out of favour for young to the AFCON
He could chest a ball better than most players could trap it, and higher than most could head itChanging nationalities a couple of months after we signed him which meant we’d lose him for a month at the busiest time of the season.
