Agreed - its probably works for the really top drawer players like Sancho and Bellingham, because they'd rise to the top whichever league they're in. For players a level or two down, they'd be better not having the upheaval to deal wiht and just staying where they are

I think it helps going to Germany rather than France
Their just more structured from what I can see in their approach

Hmm they may be more structured but I think France produces more in terms of talent level and quantity.
Just thinking about guys like Camavinga, Ndombele, Ousmane Dembele. Even the older lot who chose not to play for France like Auba, Mahrez etc.

The quantity is there to generate quality by default
Germany IMO has always produced better players and better teams by default. Hence why french sides are weaker generally in Europe
In France it always seems to me that players get a chance because their team is lacking players. In Germany it’s by design. They have a plan

I agree with your premise but would argue that French teams are weaker due to there being less money in the league as a result the talented players leave quite early to move to other richer football nations. The French sides themselves don't get much time to build around their talents once they've been exposed.
I do think France have had the better more talented players though (Germany are not shabby in this regard either of course) Platini, Henry, Zidane, Mbappe, Tigana etc etc.
Even Bayern are very aware of the talent 9f the French hence they have a long history of buying some of the best French talents. There isn't a French team that has been able to do the same to German talents until PSG very recently and they have focused on trying to get the best of France and general international.

Every 10 years they produce a new set of players of a superb calibre. Hence why they have historically been Europe’s lost successful nation internationally (maybe Italy is, I have by checked but Germany feel like it)
France have always had great players but only recently had them en masse

I think with Germany they tend to breed a certain mentality in their players as well that helps them meld into a cohesive winning machine. Whereas France tends to be a bit more freeform and creative but also that can also mean to get a cohesive performance they need more of their cogs to be on form.
But again I still do feel (and always have) that France really do produce some of the best footballers on the planet at least in terms of talent and creativity. Just look at the majority of the top teams they usually have a French player or two in them.
With regards to the young players that's because they often leave France just after breaking through. Take for example Pogba I don't think he ever played for the Rennes first team before United poached him. So you have the French youth teams developing tons of talent but those players end up at the youth teams of Europes's elite sides.

But it’s possible the youth young also leaves because the structure isn’t there for them to see chances in teams of the right quality. I really don’t know if that’s the case by the way
German teams seem to have a plan for youth to get games and chances

On another note, I thought Harvey White showed great promise on his debut as well. His passing was sharp and precise, and from that small cameo I'm not surprised to see him come up with that assist for Scarlett. Two great talents!

I've only seen short videos and the brief appearance in EL but he looks a different type of player, Parrot being older is far stronger and has more of a game, but it would be great to have 2 home grown strikers good enough to play in the first team.

yeah he is a different type of player but form the football I’ve seen of both at the same age Scarlett looks a better prospect.
I’d wager that Scarlett is stronger too. Parrot has shown his fighting side in games which we won’t have seen yet from Scarlett but he looks a real specimen for his age.
Parrott is very Kane-like in terms of build and style of play, and I think that style is a lot less eye-catching that Scarlett's style, which is a bit more Defoe-like in nature.
I think both are excellent prospects from what I have seen. Question is whether they have the right attitude and application to make the most of their raw talents and whether their entourage/advisors/family distract them from working hard and improving. When you think about the various younger players which have left Spurs and gone to germany, France etc, very few have succeeded. Would have been better off staying and knuckling down

I’d say parrot is more like his compatriot Keano in style. Not a 9 or a 10 (same as Kane is now).
