Tom Huddlestone
Welcome N'Jie! Looking forward to seeing how his pace will open up things for our attack, especially for Chadli, Kane and Lamela.

Yeah I know, but at least he has an attritbute that will allow him to hit the ground running (no pun intended)Don't expect too much. Very mixed ratings in France
"I do not know why the president Aulas said those things. I was never scared that my transfer to Tottenham would not be confirmed. I never spoke to Ar5ena1 representatives on the phone, they simply contacted my agent. My choice was made, I was determined to join Tottenham."
From a French interview with him in L'Equipe translated to English here;

Indeed, that interview with a lifelong Lyon fan* said he is very very raw, just learning his trade, will take a long time to settle, could come good as he is a good player but is not the finished article by a long shot.Don't expect too much. Very mixed ratings in France
This forum is pretty good evidence that a small but very shouty element of our fan base won't.I really hope we give this guy a chance to settle into a different country, a much more competitive Lge before we start slagging him off.

I have a friend that is a Monaco fan. Lives in France. He said that our new guy had 6 good months at Lyon. He said it would have been better for him to stay one more year and then go to Tottenham. He is still learning his trade. Don't expect too much too soon.
Says Martial has a different style to Njie.
Martial - Henry ( all rounder)
Njie - Townsend ( commits players and runs a lot)
Martial was only good for the last 6 months. He has been injured to.
