Christian Eriksen

can eriksen take testosterone jabs for his hair problem? i am sure it will help his confidence :p
Why would that help? Note that loads of men with an above average amount of testosterone (the big, fighty ones with tattoos that stand outside pubs and do weight training) have no hair

I read somewhere that it's actually excess testosterone that leads to early-onset mpb - so jabbing him with more will just leave him roided up and even more bald than before. :p

I believe one of the main reasons Poch wants Barkely is to give Eriksen some key competition for his place and to ensure his standards don't drop.

In my view (apart from the irreplaceable HK) he is still the one player we don't have real like-for-like creative cover and Poch currently has to play him regardless of form.

Only if you are pre-disposed to MPB anyway, iirc. So yeah, in the case of our Eri, he'd be bald as phuck!

I think Barkley will complement the hardworking Eriksen who work rate is exceptional for Spurs!
We need another Son and they they are not 10 a penny?

I see Barkley as a creator in tight spaces playing key passes to unlock tight defences. Apart from Eriksen, we don’t have that creativity from the centre of the park.

i don't care if eriksen goes bald, that extra testosterone might come in handy in helping him be more aggressive on the pitch.

Might make him more aerodynamic. :p I suspect he'd look a bit like an elf, to be honest - angular face, slim build, relatively tall. He'd be like one of those elves in Lord of the Rings, except with a clean head.

Or he could go the Fabregas route and put plugs in - expensive and time consuming, but a solution if you have the money and are unduly bothered by it. Kane might want to have a dekko as well - ditto Dele. :p

It never does.

There are few things more obvious than a bald(ing) man trying not to be.

A very complexed subject.
Don’t think I could be bothered to go through all the fuss and bother and do a Rooney. Said he with a very fine head of hair even in his 65th year.
But vanity is a bitch if we are all being honest!

I don't think Eriksen gets enough credit for his work rate and stamina.

We essentially defended in a 5-3-2 yesterday. Which gave Real a lot of space around our midfield to switch play and move the ball. The job of our midfield was essentially to cover space and trust the back 5 to do their job. Almost impossible to get properly close to the Real midfielders a lot of the time.

Dier was moved to the back, Sissoko and Winks only played a bit over an hour each. Winks in particular seemed to tire. Eriksen lasted the full game and had the energy to make a lovely deep run to score our third. Fantastic box to box performance, even though his touch let him down from time to time.

Too many people watch a game and only see what happens around the ball and the penalty box, all extremely important but so his positioning and work off the ball which tv coverage never show, sometimes a player can have a massive impact on the game by doing all the things that don't catch the eye. I just know when Eriksen doesn't play we don't look very good.
