I do NOT rate Boehly but apparently he quite liked Poch and it was Eghbali (co-owner) and the two YES TWO (!) Sporting Directors involved in the discussion as well.
OR it might just be that Poch wanted some power and didn't want Gallagher to be sold from under him.
Let's hope Cheatski spiral and spiral and spiral.
I think they will end up smelling of roses as usual, somehow, e.g. Ruben Amorim.

He came in halfway through the season when they were faltering - a tad disingenuous to say he lost the title in those circumstances. He won it when he had the summer under his belt

My son met him last night at a Polo match in Windsor and spoke to Poch for 20 minutes. Poch said he was leaving Chelsea but my son hadn’t understood it to be he’s leaving today! That’s the pair of us who have missed out on inside knowledge that we could have used at the bookies…. I sat next to Edgar Davids on a flight from Amsterdam to London and he told me he was going to Barnet and I completely ignored the tip (I would have got good odds on him becoming the next manager of Barnet FC)

I'm fine with not rating Poch. Personally I love him but people are entitled to an opinion. However, I think rating him a "failure" at PSG is very harsh.

Hopefully some details come out soon, really thought he had them clicking and next season was going to be interesting if they were sensible in the market (hahahahaha).
Perhaps that's it, he wanted some gone, a couple in to compliment what he had finally built and Todd lad fancied another summer of signing 5-10 players, and selling the likes of Gallagher.
Or perhaps they've had wind they're about to get a transfer ban and big fine for Roman's antics and Poch saw it as a good time to get out of dodge...
Still, it's bonkers and hopefully sets them back another few years.
