Of it means it stops Liverpool winning the league then I hope they get away with it. In fact it makes Liverpool being robbed of the league even better. Of course as Liverpool are not exactly innocent in dodgy transfers should we finish third behind them both I think it's only right we are awarded the a PL trophy.

I think we are reaching a similar point to 70&80s due to the money needed to finance your average EPL team is huge for even for your average billionaire.
Basically City can’t be touched! This can’t be really what Premier League want surly?
