Cheatski are still scum

They have the same luck as Leicester had last season. When they miss-kick and slice the ball into the face of a defender, and it goes in, you know it will go their way.

He really has just got them back to where they were two seasons ago. Last season under Mourinho Chelsea regressed 37 points. They need 12 pts from seven games to match the 87 points again. They need 15pts to match Leicester's 40 point improvement.

The difference is that Conte is getting them to do what they have done before (mostly with the same players). Poch with us is doing something we haven't done before in the PL era.

So basically all we're seeing from Chelsea is regression to the mean... as in the decade leading up to last season's implosion, they were averaging 82 points per campaign...
 
It could be the kind of distraction that they don't need now. Most of his allies in the team have gone now and I am not convinced that he is very popular outside the circle of players that arse licked him.

Or a timely announcement which takes the media focus away from yesterday's defeat for a day or two.
I really hope we give him a good send off on Saturday.
