Yes it is. They were 2nd best for 70 minutes if only Dortmund didn’t have Adeyemi in front of goal they would have been 2 or 3 goals down. It’s actually incredible how often they are outplayed in this competition and still bloody win it time after time. Also helps that the officials are in their pocket every game except when they play Barca or PSG.
