Can't see the clip, but I know which one it is. The clip is too short on the first one. If the ball was in play before the GK got it, it's a clear pen. If it was a goal kick, it's a massive howler by the ref, as the GK can't start the play by throwing it, so ball would not be in play.
Johnson actually got penalised for doing that a couple games ago!
