Chris Waddle
Great goal for bayern
Nice chip, but not overly convinced on Burki's efforts. Bit flappy, got a good hand to it.
Dortmund have been weak in goal for a very long time IMOThis, Burki has apparently been in good form this season but always looks shaky to me.
My main takeaway from the game was how ridiculously good Davies is for BM at left back. The kid is 19....World at his feet.
Why?Frightening to watch this as a Spurs fan!
Why?
I watched it on Fox Sports and it had crowd noise in the background, made it a lot more bearable !!Watched 20 minutes of it last night and switched off. If this is what football will look like for the next few months then I’ve no interest in it. Keep it all shut until you can get fans in to the stadiums again.

I know what you mean and I asked myself the same thing actually. Maybe it’s just because it was different and not something I was used to? but it just felt so much less important than it should have done, It was basically a title decider after all.I'm trying to see both sides of the coin here, I can't wait for the premier league without fans present so I can hear what the coaching staff are saying and actually understand them (My german is nicht gut).
It brings up so many questions in my mind for those who don't enjoy it without the fans, at the end of the day it's going to end up as an each to their own though...I don't mean it as a slight but it comes across as a validation kind of approach, if something is only interesting / captivating when there is 50 000 people present shouting maybe you just aren't interested in the "something"?
I'm interested as to whether people who have made the effort of posting about how much they dislike it and that they won't watch it in the future would consider it not worthwhile watching Spurs play in the same manner.....

For entertainment you need competition, it’s why they insist on having relegation in the premI get what you mean, I reckon it will feel stranger for me once Spurs get back to playing in this manner (assuming it goes ahead). Watching as a neutral I'm enjoying the perks but who knows if it's just the novelty of it. It just seemed inevitable that Bayern Munich were going to win it, bastards!

But the issue is the league is done here and people are fighting to stay up or finish maybe 5th...
it’s an odd mix for TV
That’s spurs bias and I have the same, in that I’ll watch us play every gameHmm, I don't want to drag the thread even further off topic but for me it's still captivating whether we have a chance of winning the thing or not. I think I get your point regarding the relegation thing though, without that risk players and clubs are just going to go through the motions and could definitely lead to particularly drab football. For us though, each game is a chance to show our ability and can be a step in the right direction. I'm not gonna suddenly lose interest because finishing fourth (oh what unheralded glory) isn't a possibility.
