our starting defence helps. But its a lot about our midfield not allowing the passes in behind. yesterday was just torrid to watch as palace easily out did us on tactics alone.

West Ham did that to them and United didn’t change as many players
And West Ham played a defensive line up

Were playing a team who are worse than us
The only issues I see are
They are English too
We have already pummelled them 3 times
Their best performances have been against ten men
Ange hasn’t lost to them
There are loads of factors
One good thing this time compared to the CL final is that we won’t have the massive break and excessive heat
We also won’t be playing a top top side
We have no excuses
But that doesn’t mean it works like that

Do you worry he will start Son and we have another "Not 100% club captain in cup final" situation again?

Winning that final and getting the CL money would make a big difference to his ability to change things though.

Moved to wrong club, United is a fudging circus, team was nowhere near what his system requires, they have PSR issues (and seems like money issues in general), lots of highly paid players, older players to get off the books.

Depends on their master plan if they have one
But for em if he joined this summer it’s a clean slate
Joining mid season you get all the madness
