The issue is we are getting ourselves in, if not already in a relegation battle.

Being open at the back conceding every game, hoping the exhausted players further up score more than we conceded isn't the right way to play.

We need to be more difficult to break down and start getting points.

We’ve been in it for months.

Its beyond a joke now isnt it. I think he has until Liverpool game, but its too late by then, we will be closer to relegation if not a few points off and the damage is done.
Part of me doesnt care if we go down as I will finally hang up my ST

In reflection and looking at the upcoming fixtures, I think that is probably right

We only have one league game now between today and Feb 15th (Brentford away) and 3 cup games

Rightly or wrongly I think the board like let him carry on and oversee the Elfsborg and Brentford games (the latter which will be another defeat)

Defeat at Anfield and it will be, we didnt expect to win it but...

It will just be a case of whether he is given the chance to beat Villa or he is gone on the Friday after Liverpool.

One thing is for sure if we are out of both cups he CANNOT be in charge for the two massive games v United and Ipswich

If it doesn’t happen within the next 48 hours we are into the land of truly bizarre leadership and decision making.

Two new guys in the hot seat being given as much rope as they can pull.

The longer Lange and Munn dither the more chance there is that they follow Ange to the job centre imo.

I don't think we're defending much worse than we did when they were all fit

We’re losing a lot more tho! Stats are clear no?

It’s not just defending it is how good we are at playing out, how often we hand back possession by chipping it long etc. the kids have done incredibly well but it is certain it has affected our results. The silver lining is their positive development.

Well, I guess even I am off the fence now. Love Ange the man, but we need a manager who makes us harder to beat. We also need 2 or 3 new players (at least 2) this window to give the team some feelgood factor. Ange has been unlucky - but as Napoleon said, "I want my Generals to be lucky".
If Richi is injured we are in deep doodoo - but then why on earth have we only got 2 strikers? Ludicrous and reflects poorly on the Board.

Part of that change in results is the opposition being able to scheme for exactly the way we are going to play.
