Not quite sure why Marmoush shuffled his feet and tried to hit in with his right when he’s usually quite comfortable with his left, as that surely would’ve made for a far easier shot into the unguarded far post like you say.

If he was that desperate to shoot with his right foot then he needed to open up his body and allow the ball to roll across a bit more so he could’ve placed it out of the goalie’s reach, hopefully just needs to get back into the habit of scoring regularly again so these finishes become instinctive.

Not getting mentioned at all really but i think that was his best game in a Spurs shirt.

Him and Archie were unsung heroes imo.

Watch it again, the pass was a little behind him. If he didn't shuffle his feet he wouldn’t have been able to hit it with his right. He could have possibly hit it with his left, but the cause is the ball is actually behind him rather than in front of him.

I've been critical of Robertson but thought he was solid. I think despite the claims of many on here, Gray this season has shown he is capable of playing full back - at the very least as cover, and why we was ok with letting Spence go....

I've been critical of Robertson but thought he was solid. I think despite the claims of many on here, Gray this season has shown he is capable of playing full back - at the very least as cover, and why we was ok with letting Spence go....

for me personally, its not that he cant play RB. Its that it would be nice for him to get to play DM from time to time. He has been with us for two years now and has hardly got to play there.
