I think it's just harder to side with Trump and his cronies. Sadly, everyone in the US are represented by him, and it's a shame his nonsense reflects on the whole country.

Its a bit like saying I don't like Nottingham Forest when really it's just their owner who's a complete ding dong.

This really is the danger here. The Iranians really are taking the absolute tinkle with the propaganda but this fudging nutter has remarkably thin skin for a person in the public eye. He won’t think twice about using absolutely everything at their disposal to be able to claim victory. He’s not a politician, he’s a flat track bully.

He’s a warmongering, mentally ill, paedophile. It’s scary because actually you wouldn’t put anything passed him at the moment. He doesn’t even qualify for that “general standard level of decency in war time” type idea of “even he wouldn’t do that” because I think he would do absolutely anything to make it look like he ‘won’. He is genuinely that unglued and narcissistic.

The Iranian trolling, whilst very funny, is also very, very dangerous as Trump does not have the awareness to see it for what it is.
And now that Hegseth has sacked the key Defence staff and replaced them presumably with more “yes” men, I have no confidence that there is anyone to stand up to Trump.

Agreed. For the first time, I actually believe he could nuke them.

He’s a disgusting human being as is his Israeli counterpart. I’ve no love or respect for the Iranian regime but the US and Israel are the aggressors here and on very dubious justification.

I know they’ve always been far less than perfect but this is a million miles from the America I grew up with and a million miles from the ideals the country was founded on.
