Democratic Party is done as a political force. They shot themselves in the face tonight. They had one tiny bit of political leverage left on cloture for the CR (don't worry about it) and 10 senators gave that leverage up tonight. They are basically clueless to what is happening. Maybe it is more accurate to say America is done.
