Aaron Lennon

Lennon hasn't had end product in almost 5 years, You can see that Andros has more in his locker especially in terms of scoring goals. Lennon has a lot to prove to get back to being a regular and quite frankly from what he has shown in his recent appearances I would bet he will only be an impact sub from now on

I don't think that's strictly true. We are all judging his potential based on what he did for QPR where he scored 2 goals and this season and this season so far where we are not scoring very many goals. Lennon has proven it in the past.

I don't have a preference, I just want whoever performs best for the club. I just think it's wrong when people state Townsend has already proven he can give us more than Lennon

Beyond that Townsend scored a great goal for England and other goals on his various loan spells from outiside the box but I will agree he has yet to fully show that he can do that consistently for us, encouraging signs though

Gifted man, been winning 'longest in the shower' for years.

It must be proportionately surely. The guy is a short **** so perception would have you look at him and think 'WOW'. He has been winning it for a while though. Never a surprise when his name is called out for either the fastest player or the longest

Hudd was long too haha

Yep, he's been great since he came back. Nailed on first choice RW; I would play Townsend LW as Chadli just slows us down

He's been crucial to us since coming back. What he lacks in goals he adds with defensive ability as well as causing havoc for defenders. He's come back in the team and we've scored 2 goals in each of our last 3 games.

When he was injured there were so many people on here saying he was not good enough, and the amnesiacs among them could not remember the last time Lennon had a good game for Spurs even though he was our best attacking player against Palace.

Yep, he was easily written off and we were told Townsend had far more then Lennon. Vastly underrated, still, by Spurs fans

With the emergence of Townsend, Lennon has upped his game. Defiinitely would like to see Townsend(left) and Lennon(right) for a few games. Lamela will get his chances soon enough, but right now I think he still needs to bide his time

or try him centrally in certain games...starting this thursday.

I think he has and it has coincided again with a bit of competition for his place.

I would worry that Townsend left and Lennon right would yield many crosses but not as much of a goal threat. I'd like one of the wing forwards/wingers to be inverted just to provide a little more goal threat.

Lennon/Chadli
Lennon/Sig
Lamela/Townsend

Unless one of the two England boys start creeping in at the back post for tap ins.
