2022 World Cup... gonna ruin the European Season

A lot of the final group games looking tasty. Good to see, often great games those that hang so much in the belance and no result suits both teams. Could be some real upsets coming in too.

Other external agencies suggesting figure is 6000 plus so closer to 100 deaths per game

Yeah. I'm rather confident that what Qatar admits is at best a rather "conservative estimate".

As an aside, how do you not know how many people died working for you? Shouldn't that be registered in some spreadsheet somewhere? Oh, yeah, we don't really know. Knowing where migrant workers were allowed to travel though, no problem.

So the word is

Rashford, Walker, Henderson, Foden all to start

I think it will be

Pickford
Walker Stones Maguire Shaw
Rice Bellingham Hendo
Rashford Kane Foden

Yeah that's the rumoured line up. No Sterling or Mount so happy enough with that.

Same here. Pleased he stuck with Bellingham.

Saka and Mount came on against Germany and linked nicely so this gets the thumbs up from me.

I think the onus is on Wales to come up with something different particularly as the narrative is Gareth is not at all proactive.

Why the hell do we need Henderson in there?

Rice and Bellingham can do the limited drudgery.

Foden behind Kane with Rashford and Grealish wider. Or Sako in there somewhere.

I thought this, unless he wants Bellingham to have a more attacking role (can he play as a 10?)

Henderson is a sound choice. He’ll get the tempo of pressing and making some challenges and demand the ball off the ball hogs at the back.He can take a yellow card in this and the next game as we won’t be needing him so much v France* where mobility will be more important.

(*yes I do think we will get that far).
