Remember him favouring Witsel over Moose and shunting Jan out to left back to accommodate Vermalen. Bonkers decisions.

Well. I am not sure I would class Belgium as the 2nd best team in the World, but it is certainly a massive shock
 
The quality across the board is pretty poor. Only France and Brazil really look half decent outfits.

All the big players are past their best too, and there's no real emerging stars yet, like you often get

I was thinking the same. I think having it mid season is part of the reason

Brazil look strong favourites to me, but if there was to be an upset and them get knocked out, then its wide open. Argentina don't look all that, France now seem to be getting hit with injuries - Benzema, Hernandez and a couple before the tournament...Belgium and Croatia look old and tired, Netherlands not good enough...Germany might not get out of their group..

I'd probably make Spain and England the next favourites after Brazil
