hopefully he will be more than a 50% player from now on

5 great moves - 5 stupid giveways in every game so far. he loses the ball so often for no reason its inexplicable for a young player. yes its about risk taking but also feels he thinks a bit too highly about himself and doesn't play other players through or lay off enough e.g. udogie and richarlison and he is going for personal glory all the time.

The lad is 21, he's come into an absolute clusterfudge of a club, he's had 4 managers in little over a year, he's still relatively new to the country and to the league. I'd be inclined to give him a lot more time and chances.

Out of interest, who do you think should be keeping him on the bench?

I'm sure if he saw another player ahead of himself doing the business then he'd accept being benched. We've not seen that all season and he has deservedly got the shirt in my opinion.

Next season should have course be different after a transfer window.

i think spence and porro can do a better than him at the moment and even they aren't top 6 quality

We have a few on this board who went over the top. I will chalk it down to emotions or disappointment. I will rather have Tel than RKM on either wing.

Porro on the left wing. That is a little left field :D

To be fair to Spence, he did OK in one of the CL games on the left. What he didn't do though is follow it up with a second or third good game there. I would actually think Souza is more suited to a wide forward channel role based on the little I've seen of him. He looks to have something there.
